Design Engineering:
ASCE has an in-house computer Aided Engineering (CAE) & Drafting (CAD) facility. Availability of latest engineering software & experienced professionals enables ASCE to provide comprehensive design & engineering services. ASCE provides following engineering design services:
Process Equipment
Pressure Vessels and Columns are designed as per ASME Section VIII Division 1 & 2 and client's specifications using PVElite / Compress. Oil Storage tanks are designed as per API 650 / API 620 and and client's specifications using excel spreadsheets. We provide following services for process equipment:
- Mechanical Design
- FE Analysis using Ansys
- Local Stress Analysis of nozzles and clips using WRC 537 / WRC 297 / FEA
- PDetail Engineering
- Preparation of shop fabrication and As-built drawings
- Preparation of Equipment Specifications and Data sheets
Steel Structures
Steel structures are designed as per AISC specifications and standards using STAAD Pro and Autodesk Robot Structure Analysis. 3D modeling software Tekla structure is being used for steel detailing and all drawings are computer generated. Latest versions of AutoCAD is also used to provide accurate and high quality drawings to meet customer requirement. We provide following services for steel structures:

Piping Design
Power piping are design as per ANSI B31.1 using CAESAR II. Low & high pressure piping for plant piping are designed as per ANSI B31.3 using CAESAR II. We provide following services for piping design:

- Design & analysis of piping supports
- Flexibility & Stress Analysis
- Preparation of Isometric drawings, P&ID’s, layouts and plot plans
3D Modeling & CAD Drafting
We provide 3D models of any part / assembly as per drawings provided by client and also we are capable to reproduce / 3D model old drawings of parts / assembly to CAD drawings or 3D models.
